Kurt Vile also played the Silent Barn this past Friday (April 3rd).

With a name like Kurt Vile most people expect something much more harsh than his mellow, mostly solo, acoustic guitar psychedelica, but that is exactly what we got on Friday night.  Vile exceeded my expectations, and is riding the wave of his three recent 12″ releases. God is Saying This To You… is sold out, but  Constant Hitmaker finally got released on vinyl on Woodsist (available here), and The Hunchback EP came out on TestosterTunes (available here).
