The Washington D.C. based children’s television show, Pancake Mountain, has had a stellar history of musicians performing kid friendly tunes, and they recently asked the one and only Lou Barlow to come on the show.  Rather than composing a new song for the show Lou decided to play, my favorite Lou Barlow song, “The Ballad of Daykitty.”

You might recall that I wrote about this song right before I went to XX Merge, but this is a pretty charming live version of it and I had to post it again.
